ALG & Associates LPC was established by its founder, Hiroyuki Kanezaki, a lawyer, with the aim of creating a law office that, like a general hospital, has multiple branches of expertise. Therefore our lawyers have specialized knowledge in various fields, and can provide a one-stop legal service.

Since its establishment, many like-minded lawyers, professionals, and clerical staff have come together, and the firm has successfully built up its current rock-solid foundation, centered on young lawyers. Currently, we have 106 lawyers and 220 general staff (including 1 judicial scrivener) (*as of January 4th, 2024). In addition to the head office, we have 12 offices nationwide (Tokyo, Utsunomiya, Saitama, Chiba, Yokohama, Nagoya, Osaka, Kobe, Himeji, Hiroshima, Fukuoka), enabling us to respond quickly to the legal requirements of clients throughout the country.

We at ALG & Associates LPC, have taken advantage of the unique characteristics of having grown mainly with young lawyers. Even today we strive to provide legal services that meet the requirements of our clients, without being bound by traditionally old-fashioned ideas and methods; through free and vigorous exchange of opinions among senior and junior members of the office.

At present, as the head office of ALG & Associates LPC, the Tokyo branch has established a "Corporate legal affairs Division", "Civil and Criminal Division" and a "Medical Division". It provides legal services by lawyers with specialized expertise in each field.

Each regional office is engaged in activities that aim to become close and local to the community, focusing on the requests of individual clients. In addition to providing local services, offices in metropolises are also actively working on corporate legal projects, providing legal services that are closely related to local companies.
